Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at +39 06 1234 5678. Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been prepared. Once preparation has begun, we cannot accept cancellations as we've already committed resources to making your meal.

Processing Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
